1. Credit System & Payments
All payments and subscriptions are processed via Lemon Squeezy.
- Subscriptions: Monthly plans provide a set allowance of credits.
- Top-Ups: One-time credit packs are permanent and do not expire.
- Refunds: All purchases are final. Credits are only reversed for verified technical failures.
2. Technical Infrastructure
PostReach utilizes third-party services:
- Identity: Clerk
- Intelligence: Google Gemini
- Storage: Cloudinary
3. Prohibited Use
Users agree not to abuse the credit system, attempt to reverse engineer the AI models, or upload content that violates intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
4. Limitation of Liability
PostReach is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our AI services or the content generated by them.
