1. Credit System & Payments

Our service operates on a credit model. All payments and subscriptions are processed via our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy.

Subscriptions: Monthly plans provide a set allowance of credits.
Top-Ups: One-time credit packs are permanent and do not expire.
Refunds: All purchases are final. Credits are only reversed in the event of a verified technical failure.

2. Technical Infrastructure

PostReach utilizes high-performance third-party services to deliver its features:

Identity: Authentication is handled securely by Clerk.
Intelligence: AI analysis and similarity searches are powered by Google Gemini.
Storage: Media and assets are hosted and delivered via Cloudinary.

3. Prohibited Use

Users agree not to abuse the credit system, attempt to reverse engineer the AI models, or upload content that violates intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

4. Limitation of Liability

PostReach is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our AI services or the content generated by them.
